CAT Response Strategy
Chaque catastrophe météorologique est dynamique et différente. Le moment, l'intensité, le lieu d'impact et la population ne sont que quelques-uns des facteurs qui déterminent l'impact global d'une catastrophe. Étant donné que les événements météorologiques, tels que les ouragans, présentent de nombreuses variables en constante évolution, tout processus d'intervention doit être à la fois proactif et souple afin d'assurer une intervention opportune et appropriée.
