Eastern Canada Expansion

IAA continues to spearhead growth in Eastern Canada, and we have some exciting news to share with the relocation of our Moncton branch, newly located at 75 Enviro Drive, Moncton, New Brunswick, E1G 5X5., in addition to our already announced St. John’s relocation.

The new Moncton branch is conveniently located and easily accessible from the Trans-Canada Highway at Exit 446. The site boasts 46 acres, providing added capacity to service the area as we continue to consolidate. Construction of the new building is ahead of schedule, and we expect to move in late August. Additional updates, including operational dates, will be shared through the IAA Seller Portal.

The new facility offers modern space to accommodate staff and your field appraisers:

  • 24-hour keypad access for tow vendors to complete drop-offs

  • Boardroom with ample seating for training and meetings with clients or staff

  • Two-bay heated garage, allowing space for SIU investigators and vehicle detailing

  • Covered storage area to provide protection and storage for recreational vehicles

  • State-of-the-art security system that provides 24/7 surveillance

  • Bright open reception area

Daily Sales

Our Operations team has already had quite a busy Summer, scaling our auction schedule with new Daily Sales in Ontario and Quebec.

Due in part to all-time highs for vehicle values, we began looking for ways to decrease cycle time. After receiving positive Buyer responses to Daily Sales in Quebec in mid-June, we quickly made a similar adjustment and added Daily Sales at Ontario locations.

Daily Sales give buyers even more frequent access to a variety of vehicle inventory, and we are happy to hear that our Buyers are enjoying these shorter auction windows and the ability to pick up vehicles throughout the week. We’re monitoring other regions that may benefit from this format and will examine expansion of our daily sales program.
