    IAA, Inc. (“IAA”) is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability. To meet this commitment, we use internal resources to assess and verify our sites periodically. Further, we aim to adhere as closely as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), which provide website standards that are both user-friendly and accessible for individuals with disabilities.

    WCAG 2.0 guidelines include three tiers of accessibility: A, AA and AAA. To the greatest extent feasible, IAA has elected to conform to AA standards. On a continual basis, we monitor changes on our website to maintain these standards. Although not every element of our websites can be upgraded to WCAG 2.0 AA standards at the same time, we will continue seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of our websites up to the same level of accessibility and usability to achieve and maintain the appropriate standard.
