SRG Absolute Sale – March 2 

We are excited to announce our exclusive partnership with SRG. “Bidding is buying at IAA when SRG is in the lane,” says Jeff Blackwell, CEO of SRG. SRG features repossessed, clear title, and little to no damaged vehicles only at IAA branches nationwide. Their inventory includes cars, trucks, and SUVs.

Detroit ABG Transportation Promotion

In the month of February, more than 200 Avis Budget Group (ABG) rental units are available for purchase at our IAA Detroit branch. As part of a promotion, IAA is offering transportation assistance credit when you purchase five or more ABG vehicles at IAA Detroit on February 25. View the IAA Detroit and ABG promotion for more details.

Digital Search 

In our January Voice of the Customer surveys, we noticed overall satisfaction with our desktop and mobile search function – prior to the launch of our new Vehicle Search. Customers also noted specific concerns, however, and we addressed them to make your search experience even better.

• High Visibility Safety Gear Requirement at all IAA Branches 
  • Safety is our top priority.  Anyone picking up a vehicle from an IAA facility is required to wear high visibility safety gear, such as a high visibility vest or a shirt. Please share this information with your towers and transporters. 
• Three Lane Auctions 
  • Three lanes are being added at IAA Los Angeles and IAA Boston Shirley this week.
