Login Process Update Reminder 

IAA will be making mid-February updates to the login process to further ensure security of your information. You’ll also be greeted with a refreshed interface. If you have saved your username and password for quick login, these updates will permanently delete the saved information and require you to re-enter it following the update. 

Take action now! Know and write down your login information including your saved username and password, so you’re prepared for the upcoming changes.

Our goal is to give you the in-person auction experience with innovative digital tools. Our new IAA Interact platform is revolutionizing the salvage auction industry and giving our buyers the necessary imagery, information, and personalization to be confident with their purchase. 

IAA 360 View is the industry’s first truly digital, 360-degree walk-around tool that puts you inside and next to every vehicle in our inventory. Our high-quality imagery gives an up-close view to every aspect of the vehicle to assess damage and make an informed bidding and buying decision.

Branch Pickup  

Customer service is IAA’s top priority. Our goal is a positive experience from search through receipt of purchased vehicle. Your responses in December show continued high marks for our staff’s professionalism and helpfulness at our branches. We also know that receiving your vehicle in the exact condition bought is critical. Responses in December specific to this were overwhelmingly positive. Thank you for your continued support of IAA and our hard-working staff at branches nationwide. 

Bidding  

Innovation is in IAA’s DNA, and we are committed to providing a best-in-class digital auction platform and experience. Your responses last month noted how most of you are incredibly happy with the ease of the bidding process during auction and the seamless transition to a fully digital bidding platform. We are constantly working to improve every aspect of the auction experience. We appreciate and value your feedback.  

• IAA Lafayette off-site locations at Crowley Yard, Jennings Yard, and Scott Yard will be open from Noon to 4:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday, until further notice. 

• Multiple IAA branches are adding more lanes to their auctions, all of which can be viewed at the same time in IAA AuctionNow™.  

• Multiple auction lanes separate inventory to make it easier for buyers to find vehicles specific to their needs, while also making auctions more efficient with timing.  

• View the chart below and note when the lanes will be added to each specific branch and be sure to add vehicles to your watchlist to get notified when a vehicle is coming up for auction.
