Summary

We hope you’re doing well. We’ve been keeping busy this past week working on a special JPMorgan Chase vehicle auction, new technology updates, and enhancing our payment options. Most recently, we introduced IAA Interact™, our merchandising platform, and we changed our titling process at IAA branches in Arizona. Don’t forget, IAA will be closed on Monday, May 25th, make sure to visit the Memorial Day Holiday Schedule. Last but not least, we need your feedback regarding vehicle details, take a quick survey below.

1. Enhanced Payment Options

It’s now easier to pay with IAA’s newly enhanced payment options! These flexible options support our buyers and their business during these challenging times. Visit our ‘How to Pay’ section of the website to learn more.

2. 100+ JPMorgan Chase off-lease unit

100+ JPMorgan Chase off-lease units offered at an IAA special auction on Thursday, May 28th at 11:00 a.m. CT.

These vehicles include a 7-day warranty, up to 14 days of storage at no charge, AiM condition reports, and if using your financing floorplan we’ll waive the IAA credit processing fees.

That’s not all! Buy 5 vehicles, get $50 per unit, Buy 10 or more vehicles get $100 per unit.

3. IAA Interact™ Merchandising Platform

Introducing IAA Interact™, our suite of imagery, information, and personalization tools and features included in our merchandising platform. Our merchandising tools and features give you the detail and information you need to research, bid, and buy with confidence.

4. Arizona Titling Process Update

With the transition of the computer system at the Arizona Department of Transportation of Motor Vehicles, IAA Phoenix and IAA Tucson will return to printing titles for all buyers (including public buyers) for vehicles sold at their branches.

6. IAA Memorial Day Holiday Schedule

Auction times and branch hours may change in observance of Memorial Day on May 25. View new auction dates and times.

7. Technology Updates

Beginning May 26 through May 28, nine (9) IAA branches that currently run live and live-online auctions will be platform.

**Launching May 27: IAA Houston (TX), IAA Indianapolis (IN), IAA North Hollywood (CA)

We’ve added a new ‘Manage Offers’ listing page so that buyers can easily view and assess all of their negotiable vehicles.
We’ve relocated the ‘Award Pending’ link to a more intuitive location.
