1. IAA BUYER APP

Our updated Buyer App gives you what you’ve been asking for. From more Product Details to new Search filters, the ability to scan VIN numbers, even sharing through WhatsApp. It’s all about enhancing your buyer experience.

2. IAA AUCTIONNOW™

We’ve rolled out a new feature on IAA AuctionNowTM that allows any bidder or guest user to create a “Note.” This feature can be used to easily recall key information regarding a particular vehicle (such as a bid amount target or damage detail) by setting a note in advance, so you can bid with confidence!

3. START CODES

Our start codes have been simplified to help you make purchase decisions faster. Vehicles will now be separated into one of only three categories:

Run & Drive – runs and drives
Starts – vehicle starts or starts with jump
Stationary – vehicle won’t start, has engine damage or was not tested

4. SAVE SEARCH FEATURE

Did You Know…?
We’re streamlining our vehicle Search function. If you have saved custom searches in Advanced Search, now is the time to set up and save those searches in Fast Search, or you could lose them. Not sure how? We’ll show you.
